Deleting Shirts & Draft Shirts Maximum shirt number issue

When I put one of my shirts into draft my live number goes down but then I can post another listing. Is 1000 shirts the maximum even if i have sold more than that? Also why can't i still at the max live shirts by deleting shirts and making them drafts? Let me know

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

Each account is reviewed individually to look over both sales and content, and your number of live shirts available will vary from that of another account. Shirts can be pulled into draft to edit the price and description before being pushed live again. At this time, deleted shirts still count towards the maximum total on the account.
