My alexa skill cannot identify alphabets clearly, I am trying to capture Alphabets like "a", "b", "c"

I have a parking lot intent where "lot" names are "lot a", "lot b", "lot c", I have utterance like- how many parking spots available in lot {lotalphabet}, however Alexa cannot identify the lotalphabet values
