Report of Rights Infringement not being removed

I have reported 3 copycat designs. Super low effort copycats at that, one is an exact trace with the exact same title and description, one is a trace that the vertical height is altered with one word changed in the title, and the last is a trace of a white design copied in red with the exact same title and description.

2 infringement reports came back with the boilerplate "We reviewed your report and removed the following content based on the information you provided." weeks ago and the listings are still up. The altered vertical height I've reported a couple times and my report always gets rejected.

This is super frustrating, I actually got one copycat removed last year that was less blatant, they at least changed the title and description and altered one aspect of the design, that one was actually removed.

Does amazon just not give an F? Is there something I am missing on these 3? They are getting reviews so I assume they are getting sales and one of the copycats is now ranking near my listing.

Good luck. It's so incredibly frustrating.

I have had that happen when they say they have removed something and it's still there a week later. If I recall correctly, they did eventually remove the items, it just took weeks.

We all feel your pain, hopefully Amazon can improve the take-down process in the future.
