Hello again, I'm starting a new thread as my previous thread has been locked: https://forums.developer.amazon.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=651 The issue with our app not showing up when searched from Kindle Fire devices has returned. Exactly as before, one of our apps is available and the other is not, despite them having almost identical Manfest files and feature sets. When viewed through the appstore web site, one is marked as compatible with our Kindle Fire devices and one is not. The frustrating thing is, as I posted in the previous thread, the app became available for a short while and we thought the issue was resolved. However we have since discovered that it's gone again and we are back to square one. We used the ContactUs form in the Support area to send a question yesterday, and received the same canned response from Amazon that we have received several times over: (invariably followed by no further information) [i]Thank you for writing back. We do not have any additional information at this time. We have noted your case number and app name, and if we do have additional information, we will reach out to you directly by reopening this case.[/i] We have no idea why our app has now disappeared and why now, almost 3 months after our app was approved by the store, it is still marked as not compatible with Kindle devices. Please help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Regards, Alex
