One annoyance with the AmazonMusic app is that songs removed from the entire Amazon collection are dead in my playlists and no longer play.
I understand that the entire collection is massive (10 million) and content gets added and removed all the time, but there are a lot of songs that routinely get killed because they are no longer there. Most of the time I can add them back in and notice that there is only a slightly different version (extended/deluxe album vs the standard album, or some other minor alternate version). This happens a lot and is annoying. I have a lot of dead songs and they are fairly popular songs.
I suggest adding an automatic feature that replaces a dead song with one from (1) the same artist, that is (2) about the same song length (so it's a close match, vs longer live versions or alt versions). Thank you.
