Echo Spot suspicious behavior - logged in to WiFi Router admin panel

I woke up this morning to find my Echo Spot was displaying a web browser, which was on the admin panel of my home WiFi router. Not sure if this is normal behavior for this "hidden" browser to load the local IP address. Checking to see if any ports or rules were changed. See attached photo. Anyone see this before?
