I want to create APL skill video for display devices and audio for Echo devices. But am facing issue on playing audio files. Please Guide me.

It is hard to help when I don't know what you want to achieve. Have you tried something and it didn't work? What skill do you want to build? Can you give an example interaction with your skill?

Only thing that I get is that you don't know where to start, so for video skill, I would look into this example in alexa cookbook: link.

For audio example I would look into this example here.
