Tag in APL Text causing formatting problems, it displays the sup html element.

I'm using the SSML <sup alias=""> tag but it's rendering as an html element sup causing formatting issues on screen.

I use the speechToText transformer so I'm not sure how to resolve not displaying the html sup while also being able to use the ssml sup.
