can I remove the opacity from APL?

Hi,

I would like to know how to remove the opacity which is set by default in the APL template which is similar to List Template 2.

Thanks in advance.

Hey @salazarpresentys can you explain what you mean by APL template? Do you have an example within a JSON where you want to remove opacity?

Hi @Oliver@Amazon, I should have been more specific about APL template.

I am developing a front-end for my skill which is invoked on Echo's which have display. The front-end is being developed using the Display Beta section in the Alexa Developer Console and Alexa Presentation Language (APL) [1]

Display Beta section, makes available some templates which makes reference to Display Interface [2] templates.

I am using one of this APL "templates", concretly, the similar toList Template 2 (Display Interface).

In this template, a set of pictures are showed with an opacity seted by default. Could I remove or decrease this opacity? Even if the json template doesn't have a specific opacity property.

Kind regards.

Hello @salazarpresentys and thank you for your message.

Are you still trying to find a solution for this? According to the documentation, here and here, there are ways of setting the opacity of items in your template.

Regards,
Barry
