It can take days, even weeks, for Amazon search to find your items.

It can also depend on factors such as your keywords, niche, pricing, competition, etc. If you've chosen a niche that's saturated you may have a difficult time getting your products seen or showing up in Search results. Also, like Upena stated, you have to give your products time when you first list them.

Thank you very much for the question. While we can't provide any direct guidance on search related issues, I'm still hoping I can help. Firstly, I'd like to let you know that it can take up to 3-4 days for new products to appear in all relevant search results. If, after this time, your design is not searchable by entering the ASIN into Amazon search directly, please feel free to contact us over email with links to the products in question. Our email support team will be more than happy to help you with further investigation in that case.

It could be this the reason (article from Reuters, MAY 30, 2019):

"

'Merch by Amazon' t-shirt business increasing orders from Disney to Dr. Seuss

Entertainment companies from Walt Disney Co to Dr. Seuss are increasingly turning to Amazon.com Inc’s t-shirt printing service to help it get there. The trend is up-ending the traditional licensing model where brands worked with apparel wholesalers to produce garments and get them into stores."

Printers could be busy printing shirts for Disney etc.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-amazon-com-automation-merch/merch-by-amazon-t-shirt-business-increasing-orders-from-disney-to-dr-seuss-idUSKCN1T0128 Interesting Reuters article..."the trend for things becoming print on-demand is only going to grow". Kornit Digital who provides the printers for Merch by Amazon states this may be the tidal wave of the future. Printers are keeping busy with entertainment companies like Dr. Seuss Enterprises, for example, which has increased sales through ‘Merch by Amazon’ by 40 percent since opening its store on the site around 18 months ago, selling t-shirts and hoodies.

Yes. That was the reason why I posted the article.
It could be that the printers are being used to print shirts for the big players like Disney. Since the same facilities are used to print our designs and Disney etc... guess who would have the priority?

I'm not sure... Just a thought.
