We have been waiting 9 weeks for Amazon MWS support to reply.
We are building a web based tool for 3rd party Amazon sellers.
We are presently stuck - MWS fail to get back to us. Our application was approved weeks ago, but our developer account was not updated (they stated it would be done in 2 weeks - that was 5 weeks ago).
We have called, emailed numerous times. They don't reply and they don't call us back at times they say they will.
Furthermore, the application was 'accepted' with a huge amount of limitations. Assuming they do finally update our credentials, the present level of access is so limited, it will make the exercise pointless.
We are desperately seeking advice: Can someone at Amazon help us? Are any experts reading this and willing to help us get this resolved for a consultancy fee?
