Anyone have issues filling out the ASIN and/or the offending URL part of the form? After I copy and paste the offending ASIN, the form claims there is no such seller. I then copy and paste the URL and get the same result.

I believe that has to be the infringing brand name and not your brand.

The infringing brand is what you want to enter. I have filled out a lot of these reports in order to protect my work, and that is what I have always done. Amazon has always responded handling the issue fairly quickly.

John, have you had experience of what happens if the infringer is using your brand name for their store as well, wouldn't want Amazon to then take down both stores.

Can anyone answer this question? The thief stole our image, title, bullets, and is using our brand name. I don't want to want to mess this up and lose the rank on one of our best sellers.

Should I just leave the brand name blank?

Thanks

@JL Patton Report the brand name even if they're using your brand name....you end up reporting the ASIN for the stolen shirt, which will be different than yours. I also explain what they've done in the additional information section and then again clearly state the ASIN of the offending shirt. So far, I haven't had a problem with them taking mine down instead of the infringing shirt.

How were you able to determine that somebody stole your identity? I've been suspicious that someone has also done that to me as well.

It was dumb luck. I stumbled across the item and noticed it was available in a color option we never use. Then I compared ASIN's and they were different.
