Getting error when trying to submit to "Live App Testing".

I'm getting error when trying to submit my app for "Live App Testing". Anyone else seeing this error?

I think I've completed all the steps for putting my app for "Live App Testing" but I get this error whenever I try to press "OK" when submitting for testing.
