How long to wait for Tier Upgrade to 100?

I'm currently stuck in Tier 25 (for 7 months already) with 23 sales. I'm just confused because there are so many people on the internet saying that they have been upgraded after just 30 days. Do you have any tips for getting tiered up? (I had 2 rejections of designs and 1 return, does that affect the time length for being tiered up?)

We are growing fast and are working hard to provide the best experience possible to both our content creators and our customers. To achieve this goal, we are selectively tiering some users up. Admission to these tiers are based not only on sales, but the quality of the products being sold by the content creator as well. At this time, there is no specific timeline for tier upgrades on individual accounts or tiers. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
