It is very obvious why and I suggest you read the many threads here regarding what is allowed, before you get yourself into potential trouble or have your account closed. You cannot use the name of a 'celebrity' on your shirt, or in the title/description, or their image, unless you have a license to do so. Just because others are doing so doesn't mean it is alright, it means either they have a license, or they are choosing to do so illegally. You need to check for copyright and trademarks before designing, take a look here: http://copyright.gov/records/index.html and http://www.trademarkia.com or http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks-application-process/search-trademark-database
