Flash Briefing question

Hello, I am new to Alexa and am not sure what this means. I created a couple Flash Briefings to test how they work. Recently I created a Flash Briefing from an RSS feed I built and it all appeared to create fine. However, when I test it, Alexa says, "where should I get your news from".

When I created my first Flash Briefings from other RSS feeds a month or so ago, they seemed to work fine, but when I go back to test them now , I get the same alexa asking "where should I get your news from".

Is this an error in my flash briefing setup, or What is this telling me?

Thank you,

Mark

Hi Mark!

thanks for posting on our forums.

Your RSS feed is probably expired: Alexa ignores all the items with a date older than 7 days. Date must be in the YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ format.

Flash Briefing feed reference here.

If updating the date in your feed doesn't solve the issue, please share the Skill-ID and the feed url.

Kind regards,
Gaetano
