I'm trying to add a screen with information and a short video (with the video component) that repeats in loop in my skill, which has already been certified and accepted in the past (when it only worked by voice).
In the alexa emulator of the web it works correctly, showing the skill correctly both in the echo spot and in the other different devices.
In addition I have also tested it on an android device with alexa and it also works (without showing image obviously).
But when I have certified it again with these changes, the Amazon support denies it to me commenting that in the echo spot when you start the model where there is a display, the skill stops.
I don't know what the problem is, in the echo spot you can't show videos?
