Our app uses Amazon as an OAuth provider to facilitate access to Amazon Drive. After years of working fine, we are currently seeing a 500 error from Amazon during the OAuth process. The message displayed is:
"We're sorry! An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we're already working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly."
For users that are already authenticated, the Amazon Drive APIs work fine, so it appears to be a problem with OAuth, only.
Unfortunately this problem is preventing our users from using our service. We would appreciate any assistance you could provide.
