Alexa APL Transport Control

Hello


I am trying to implement a Transport Controls layout to control playback for APL video.


In the design best practices in the documentation, it mentions that if the Transport Controls are positioned above the video, they need to be faded out in short amount of time and then reappear upon user touching the screen.

Could someone please point me the direction how the fade-in and fade-out of transport control is achievable?

thanks for reporting this. Our internal team will update the documentation accordingly, I'll keep you posted.

Meanwhile, I'm attaching an APL layout which plays a video at full screen, with a semi-transparent play/pause button on the left.
