T-shirt Design not printing as Displayed/ Design is printing too small?

I just received a few of my designs for a Premium Women's Small and Kids size 8, and the design is great on the kids shirt (graphic is large, fills the entire shirt); however, on the Women's Small the designs are so small. It's almost as if the design isn't being adjusted to match the Individual sizing (Men's or Women's). I'm so thankful to be able to use Amazon Merch, but I was expecting the T-shirt graphics to look exactly as shown on the display, with no resizing afterwards. When I'm purchasing T-shirts from other retailers, especially those with words or graphics I wouldn't be to happy myself if the sizing was nowhere near what is shown on the Display. I've had a few people purchase them, and now I'm nervous that they may have received shirts with similar issues. I'm assuming I'm not the only one with this issue, is this something that is being looked into?

I ordered 2 of my t shirts and when I got them today I was a little disappointed because the design was very small also and the large shirt I bought would not even go half way on me. I have several Bella & Canvas shirts and wear mediums or sometimes large but the large I ordered in my t shirt on Amazon was more a Youth Large. I'm nervous that if people buy my shirts, they will return them and leave me negative feedback. Are these Youth or Adult fitted shirts?

My uninformed opinion is that the printer operator needs to enter a % by which they're supposed to reduce the art, but that they don't do this according to what they say. For example, women's L and XL is not supposed to be reduced from the original 4500 pixels wide, but in my experience, it will always be 72%.

This section of the FAQs lists what the design *should* be reduced to.

Thank you very much for your question. When printed, your design will be auto-resized to each of these three print sizes based on the t-shirt:

That said, the experience of both our content creators and our customers is very important to us and the feedback you share goes a long way to helping us identify areas for improvement. While I can't promise any immediate changes, please know that I will be sure to share this feedback with the relevant team for their consideration and review.

I am having the same issue. 72% reduction seems a bit high between Women's L and M or S. There is only a 6% difference in size of the shirt. 17 3/4 vs 16 3/4. Can this be fixed. Our design logo looks pretty small compared to Women's L vs M/S.

I have also posted a question around this here:

Thanks.

Sorry I'm confused as to why the company gave us the template files that shows us the maximum size constraints to scale our designs inside of. Only to then resize the measurements, and overall the look of the t-shirt print without notifying us as the seller. At the the same time the image on the website displays the original size of the t-shirt when it's first published based on the templates provided by the company, before the auto-resize that you mentioned. This can easily be misconstrued as false advertising from our customers point of view. I don't mean to go on, I'd just appreciate a more straight forward process to upload designs that'll come out the way we intend for it to. Thanks for taking the time to read this, take care and stay safe.
