Update App complains that my binary name is different

Hello, I made a slight modification to my app (already selling and in the appstore), and whenever I try to upload a new binary, I keep getting a failed notice saying that my binary name is different than what is online. How do I update my app without getting an complete rejection due to modifications on the upload? Thanks!
