no Remittance Advice received, no payment / royalty Amazon Underground

I don't receive "Remittance Advice" and no payment for "DE" Minutes until now. "COM" Minutes are ok ("COM" Payment and Remittance Advice received).

Please forward and check. Looks like the same problem as in September 2017 and Jun/Jul 2018 !?
