Lamda code Error: Invalid intent

I have a project that is due:3/5/19.everything was all ok, untell I added the text at lines 139-159. now it keeps repeating the Error---->

check if your account has permission for alexa , I was not having permissions because in the region in which my account was existing was not having permission to alexa for business, so i changed the region of my account and other region was having permission, created same function there and was able to access the skill
