How do I get a response on the Forums?

I have had no official response on any of the three question I've asked. My most recent question has me completely locked out from being able to develop.

I have been getting the error message: 'Model build in progress. Please try again when previous build finishes.` for the past ~16 hours now whenever I try to push the project via the ASK CLI or even from the Alexa Developer Console.

That means that I have literally been unable to work for the past 16 hours. Not ideal.

So I repeat, how do I get a response to this? I've posted on twitter. Ive sent an email to support, and I've posted on the forums.

I'd be less upset if this was a question about development, or some missing knowledge on my part, but it's not. Its a matter of the Alexa Backend breaking and entirely out of my control to fix.

Any help at all at this stage would be appreciated, or even some acknowledgement of an issue.
