SIZE_AUTO and programmatically creating AdLayout

Today I was reimplementing my Mopub implementation, that handles my Amazon ads too. Unfortunately with the new Mopub SDK you can't add a view to the layout before a Ad is requested. This means that the SIZE_AUTO does not work. I read the info about that in the Amazon SDK Readme, but still don't understand why I can't manually give the available height and width to the AdLayout, so it knows what to select? For now I will calculate it myself I guess.

Hi, Ads from the Amazon Mobile Ad Network can also be retrieved through select mediator SDKs. General guidelines for integration are listed below link. https://developer.amazon.com/sdk/mobileads/with-other-sdks.html Let us know, if you need any support from amazon api or framework.
