in app purchase error while processing your purchase

hey,

i recently upload application in Live app testing and in app items

and both are live

before upload that apk i tested application with sandbox mode like test json


but after i upload apk in Live app testing there are some error like "An error occurred while processing your purchase"


how to solve this problem?
