Manage permissions skill setting error which causes "authentication token does not have access to resource" error

Hi, I'm trying to grant permission to my skill for testing and I keep getting the following error.

Therefore unable to retrieve the phone number from Alexa account.

This only happens to a specific skill, for my other skills it works perfectly, please help.
