Fill rate and eCPM needs to be fixed ASAP.

Hi there. I am still seeing 0.5%(less than 1 percent) fill rate, it was about 50% over a month ago and things were great. Mine is definitely not fixed yet. I am told over and over again that I'm seeing low fill rat because my users are not in the USA, however almost all my users are in the USA. Something is wrong on the Amazon end, and I really hope it can be fixed, or someone who does not copy and paste generic answers will help me out. Thank you!

I would really like an acknowledgement about this so I know to either stop using Amazon Ads or be told that something will be done and just stick through this.
