URGENT and serious problem : payments not issued !
I am posting here in order to chase Amazon regarding the case 179984161 I have opened, for which I have received no answer from Amazon support, despite the gravity of the issue. [u]The problem:[/u] [b]I have not received any payment for my Mobile Ads Earnings of January and February 2014. (which represent several thousands of dollars)[/b] I even received an email implying that I did not meet the payment threshold for February (which is absolutely wrong). This issue has important financial impact on my business. Please note that my payment details are correctly set-up (I am receiving payments for my app sales and have already received payments before for my mobile ads earnings). Hence, I would like Amazon services to investigate the issue, process the payment for these 2 months [b]ASAP[/b], and keep me updated on this case. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. For this type of question, it would work best if you use the Contact Us link (
https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html) to reach out to us. If you make sure that you're logged into the developer site with the same credentials you use to submit and manage your applications before you actually submit the contact, we can be sure that we're indeed looking into the correct app and will be able to investigate further without exposing any of your proprietary/personal information on this forum. We do actively monitor the Contact Us submissions, and will respond promptly.
@Seb have your issue been resolved? Because mine haven't (and its been more than two months since I haven't been paid) and since I am updating all my apps because of Advertising ID I will be removing Amazon Ads SDK with those updates and probably limiting my apps on Amazon Store to only to paid apps. I am being paid - on the same bank account - for sales but not for ads.
Is this the trend with Amazon? I am also having issues in regards to payment. I have not received payment for July and not one of the numerous messages that I have sent through the "contact us" has been answered,I have received no response whatsoever. This puts my new business into jeopardy. It is disgusting to think that a company like Amazon would put little to no importance into correspondence with developers in regards to payment concerns. I too will be removing all Amazon mobile ads from my apps (they don't work any way) as I never would have ever imagined that a company such as Amazon would be forcing me out of business.
