Error code: InvalidEtag when changing settings in Alexa Dev Console

Provided eTag does not match with the resource's current eTag. Please apply your changes on the latest version of the resource. Error code: InvalidEtag

We get this error everytime we try to change anything (for example the endpoint) for our Alexa Skill in the Alexa Development Console. This error is not due to ASK CLI because we never used it.

What can we do to stop this from happening?

ask deploy --force, will resolve the issue
