So which of those two addresses is the correct one? We got an email last year in November 2014, saying that this Luxembourg address is the new invoicing address. Should we start using the Seattle, USA address from now on? We never received any info that we should be using the Seattle based address for mobile ads payments and mobile app sales. Please assist, since we don't want to violate European tax laws. Why don't you disclose this info somewhere in the FAQ or in our developer consoles?
