Got "Ad could not render" error

Hi Bethany, Thank you for your post. To diagnose the issue, we need some more information from you. Are you trying the test app (SimpleAdSample) provided with SDK? Can you please enable logging in your code and send us the full logcat that has the ad request? You can use the following API to enable logging in your code. AdRegistration.enableLogging(myContext, true); You can find more information on this at: https://developer.amazon.com/sdk/mobileads/testing-your-app.html#Testing Send us the logcat using ContactUs form ( https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html) and we will debug it further.
