Hide Factory Settings?

Hi all I work at a college in the UK and we've bought a few Kindle Fires for loan as a research tool for our learners- feedback is great so far they do exactly what we want. However I've just noted when adding restrictions via parental controls that there's no option for me to require a password for a factory reset. Am I missing an option here? Feels like an enormous flaw that anyone using the device can do this. Any help/info/apps would be greatly appreciated!
