I'm developing a skill where users need to provide website URLs to Alexa. Unfortunately Alexa is not very good at recognising URLs with the built-in intent slot AMAZON.SearchQuery. I've tried doing some simple solving in the lambda function, like transforming "amazon dot com slash example" into "amazon.com/example", but I would have problems where words like "dot", "slash", "dash" are not intended as punctuation. Is there a way to efficiently recognize URLs, maybe by importing some library in the lambda function?
