AdMob Mediation Adapter

Has anyone managed to implement an adapter for AdMob Mediation that adheres to the recommendations here? https://developer.amazon.com/public/apis/earn/mobile-ads/docs/with-other-sdks (bottom of page) It seems to be impossible to prevent the mediation layer from refreshing the ad while it is still expanded. Of the three or four different test ads this refers to the Kindle Fire ad. The other test ads seem to open an activity and there is not problem with that.

You can call the ad once the ad is loaded(i.e on ad loaded callback method), You can switch the current ad view and next ad view and try loading again when the ad is loaded
