Skill Certification

Hello, guys.

I developed a skill and it is still in review and it has been sent for review about 2 weeks ago.

I also contacted the support and they wrote me yesterday:

"Thank you for contacting us. We have escalated your issue to our certification team for further investigation. I will reply to this case within today as soon as I will have more information on this issue. We appreciate your patience while we work on this issue."

But after that I didn't receive any news.

The case is 5543641171

Could I have news?

Hi, I am in the very exact situation, I've submitted my skill for review November 13th and still no feedback. I've just opened a ticket as you did and waiting for a reply. Let's hope they will be able to fix this slowness!

We don't have a case management dashboard in the developer console at this time, but that'd be a great thing to request here: alexa.uservoice.com

In your support email, there is a URL to reply directly to your case. If you can't find your case ID to do this with, let me know. It does look like you have a back-and-forth going now through your case so seems you were able to figure it out!

Could I get some information? My skill has been in review for more than two weeks. Today is the last day for promotion and I’m really disappointed. I have seen that the skill has been tested at least 4 times thanks to logs but I haven’t received any feedback!

Me too. If not certificated today, it's not valid for promotion, even if we have submitted it before the 1st dec?

It looks like your skill with skill ID ending in 8876 has gone live since you commented, and you've submitted it for the December promotion.
