Hi there,

Thanks for posting! Have you whitelisted your redirect URI? Also, have you checked spelling for various parameters (as an example, productID is not the same as productId, etc)? Do you have these symbols in your request: ≻ ? Parts of it read ≻ope and ≻ope_data. Or did you add them before posting here? Otherwise, can you please double check your entire request making sure it's valid and formatted correctly? Thanks!

Hey Levon,

Above is the fixed URL used. I did whitelist my redirect URI and there are no symbols in my request.

If I copy and paste the above URL into my browser, do I still require an allowed origin in settings?

I am following this guide:

https://github.com/andium/AmazonDRS#login-with-amazon-consent-requestauthorization-code-grant

and am stuck on the getting the authorization_code.

The code block doesn't work too well with decoded text so I attached an image of the URL I am getting the error on.

Hi there,

In that case, please login to your Developer Portal account, click on "Contact Us" and specify your Client ID, Security Profile, and any other relevant info, and we will look into it. Thanks!

It worked for me by setting "should_include_non_live" to "true" in scope_data

Hi there,

The device model 321TidePods is not LIVE. In order to register a device for testing purposes, please pass in the following flag in scope_data:

 "should_include_non_live": true

Please refer to step #7 in this documentation: https://developer.amazon.com/docs/dash/lwa-web-api.html#integrate-with-the-lwa-sdk-for-javascript

We have confirmed that with the above flag, we could register this device. Thanks!
