Is there a 15 day grace period for skill review and approval to still qualify for a promotion?

I submitted my skill 5 days ago and it's still in review. It looks like according to the terms of the October Echo Show promotion that the app must be approved by today to qualify. The wait for approval is obviously out of my control. With other promotions, there has been a 15 day grace period so long as the skill was in review by the end of the month you'd qualify if it was ultimately approved. Is that 15 day grace period the same with the Echo Show promotion? TIA.

I can answer my own question. Just received this email:

Certification deadline extended to November 15 Due to a high volume of submissions, we are extending the certification deadline for developers submitting to the October Echo Show promotion. Eligible developers must submit the form here by 11:59 PM pacific October 31, but have until 11:59 PM pacific on November 15 for the submitted skill to be published.
