$0.00 payment from Amazon

I just opened a new bank account via Payoneer and added the account to my Amazon profile. Two days later, got an email that said I received a $0.00 payment from Amazon. Is this a normal transaction to test the new account?

Yes, they will do that to ensure all the bank account details are correct. Totally normal.
