Amazon Merch - I'm supposed to be paid few days ago, but I haven't received ANYTHING YET!

Since Merch products seem to get stuck from time to time (I have 2 shirts stuck, one of them since June 2018 and it' still processing till this moment!) I figured, maybe this happens to money as well! Well, hello people!! Where's my money?! It says in the "Earnings" section of the Analyze page that Amazon paid me for the month of September.. my bank account says I haven't received any payment what-so-ever! What's going on here?!

They reliably pay in time, around 29th of the month.
