Cannot see Merch By Amazon Royalty Payments on Bank Statements

I cannot see a separate royalty statement on the bank statement for the bank account associated with Merch By Amazon. We also sell on amazon.com using the same account and login details, are the royalty payments from Merch by Amazon being included in our amazon.com statement?

Also, is it possible to see those exact monthly statements in the Merch By Amazon interface? We are aware of the 'Earnings' page under 'Analyze' but we would like to see the exact payments and dates.

Thank you for your question. With regards to your question about viewing your payments and payment dates, I would recommend that you refer to your monthly remittance email. There you can see the amount delivered to your account and the date of payment.

If you have concerns about whether a specific payment was delivered to your account on file, unfortunately we aren't able to help with that here on the forums. However, if you send an email to merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com with the details they will be more than happy to help you look into any specific payment related concerns you have.

In my opinion merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com are frustratingly hopeless at solving royalty payment issues. They spin stock answers that don't address problems of non-payments. I have had ongoing (fruitless) correspondence with merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com for 6 months and they have not proffered any solution to my non-payment problem - even though my bank has messaged Amazon's issuing bank to let them know there is a problem at their end... Merch by Amazon need to drag themselves into the 21st Century and offer alternative payment methods - such as via PayPal.
