Automated electronic e-mail updates for my Merch by Amazon Inquiry about no payment received

I just made an inquiry about not receiving any payment and even remittance e-mails since June until today. Thankfully, Amazon replied and said that they will investigate my issue. After that, I received an automated e-mail saying, "Thanks for your continued patience. We are currently researching your issue in partnership with our technicians and will provide an update as soon as any additional information becomes available.", every week for two weeks now. Should I not be worried? If not, when should I expect an e-mail with the solution to fix my account issue? Any reply is very much appreciated.

Thank you for the question. In this case I would not be worried. The team will still be working on your case and they will update you as soon as they have a resolution!

I have not recieved my july remittance or payment, I am not the only one either and we are just recieving canned responses. Any updates on this months payment issues?

I came here to see if anybody else was waiting for their payment - seems that they are and it’s not just me.

I’d really like to know when I’m going to receive payment.

What did your email state? It is usually 5 business days from the given date. As we have a holiday weekend, delays are not out of the ordinary. Amazon sends funds and then your bank moves them into your account. I certainly wouldn't label this a "payment issue" at this point.

I havent received any of my royalties since April! And Im sick of the robot email responses from amazon. updated my bank info and called my bank to cofirm information was correct and still nothing. I havent received a remittance email yet this month so im assuming I wont be receiving my royalties again this month!
