I just made an inquiry about not receiving any payment and even remittance e-mails since June until today. Thankfully, Amazon replied and said that they will investigate my issue. After that, I received an automated e-mail saying, "Thanks for your continued patience. We are currently researching your issue in partnership with our technicians and will provide an update as soon as any additional information becomes available.", every week for two weeks now. Should I not be worried? If not, when should I expect an e-mail with the solution to fix my account issue? Any reply is very much appreciated.
