Alexa REST API - uploading Audio File

For my thesis, I want to build an end-to-end test environment that makes use of Alexa Voice Service. My aim is, to upload an audio file to simulate an ordinary speech request, that I can repeat the procedure several times with exactly the same audio data. Since I am very new to it, I would be glad if I get any advise where to start and where to find any information about the specific things I want to achieve, like uploading audio files. Thanks in advance

Hi SmilingCurls,

You'll want to make sure your case adheres to the AVS Program Requirements:
https://developer.amazon.com/support/legal/alexa/alexa-voice-service/terms-and-agreements

Specifically, 2.3 https://developer.amazon.com/support/legal/alexa/alexa-voice-service/terms-and-agreements#alexa-service-requirements

So far as uploading audio files, you'd stream audio to the SpeechRecognizer API, which you can read more about here:
https://developer.amazon.com/docs/alexa-voice-service/speechrecognizer.html
