Simple Blogger Wants To Publish My Blog Subscription Style

Hey guys Im not a tech and this all seems confusing. I have a blog that I want to get published into an App. I went to a Conduit.Com added my website RSS feed and got a .apk file. Now It shows that I have that. Now Conduit says that the app updates automatically based on the content. However, here is my issue.... how do I add the IAP to make it subscription based? I mean what do I do to make it that people pay a fee monthly to access the content I upload daily. What is the procedure here. Can anyone recommend a easy program, software anything to do this... Thanks.
