Customer getting purchase timeout or purchase error and being still charged with nothing unlock after the purchase

The user will attempt a purchase and will get a "Purchase Failed" or "Purchasing taking longer" error message. The app will not unlock the customers purchase but the customer will be charged for each attempt they have tried. There is no app, nor affected country in particular.Have you experienced the same bug recently?
