Review Smart Home skill without device

Hello - we have written an Alexa Smart Home skill for our upcoming IoT devices. If I submit this skill for review, would you require the specific hardware for this to test ? Or will you be reviewing it for sanity ? Note that "Discover Devices" won't work unless you have our devices installed.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Whenever you create Smart home skill it's required to add account linking to get connected with the cloud to which all your smart home devices are connected. So while submitting for certification please provide account linking details to certification team to test your skill.
