IAP, we had administration mail what IAP FAIL

We wanted to publish an app and got e-mail with subject ".. Required Developer Attention" and with body: Thank you for your recent submission of ***. It requires your immediate attention due to the following reason(s): We were unable to complete testing of your in-app purchases for the following reasons: IAP Fail ________________ IAP works good in test-mode with json generated on iap_list of development account. It's my first experience in amazon. What is wrong?

Since this is an app specific issue, we might not want to disclose the app details publicly.
