ask lambda log suddenly not updating

As of last night (7/6/2018 ET) ask lambda log abruptly stopped working correctly. For me, it seems to show only logs up to 2018-07-06T21:17:32.68(GMT?) and shows nothing if I use --start-time today or any other more restrictive --start-time filter.

I used ndm to refresh my ask-cli install to no avail. I most definitely have logs more recent than that, viewable in aws Cloud Watch web interface.

Has anyone else observed this? Is this a system issue to be addressed by Amazon?

I noticed some of my other lambda functions were not exhibiting this behavior. I ended up working around the issue by creating a new lambda function and pointing my existing skill to it.

Looking on the AWS Status Dashboard, I don't see any issues currently. I would check the AWS Lambda Forum or reach out to AWS Support to investigate.
