My skill is not getting invoked

My skill's invocation name is MINANCE, My skill is not getting invoked, as alexa is unable to recognize the invocation name by speech. I can not even change the invocation name as my company's name is MINANCE TECHNOLOGIES. In simulator when the invocation name is entered by text, the skill gets invoked and works properly but when tried by speech the alexa doesn't takes the name MINANCE it recognizes it as MEENA or MANAN. What should I do?
