Lack of Tax Indentity Information?

Hi, I logged into developer.amazon.com. In Setting -> Tax Identity, it shows "Status: Tax Information Not Provided [Last Updated: Aug 2, 2013]". But I am sure that I finished editing my Tax Information on August 2 and have saved it. And I actually printed out the W-8BEN form as I am a Chinese. I am not sure what the current status message means. Does it mean I should finish the last step, mail the W-8 form to Amazon now? Or I yet missed some fields in my Tax Identity form? I resolved this problem by myself just now. I changed to select "electronic signature", then everything is ok now. Anyway, thanks Sujoy for your attention.
